Take action to oppose the shooting industry

1 October marks the start of the pheasant shooting season, which will see millions of innocent birds blasted from the sky for ‘sport’.

Animal Aid campaigns for an end to this barbaric bloodsport, but as a first step, we are gathering support for a ban on the cruel cages that are used to confine the birds who are used for breeding purposes.

Hidden from public view, huge game farms incarcerate thousands of pheasants and partridges in oppressive metal cages. The confinement is torture for them and they constantly try to escape.
