Posted on the 24th November 2017

Celebrating our 25th Christmas Fayre at Kensington Town Hall, on Sunday 3rd December, Animal Aid has a wonderful cruelty-free party planned with plenty of cake, chocolate, comedy and creativity.

At the longest-running event of its kind, visitors can enjoy the special blend of animal charities and ethical companies, award-winning comedy, inspiring talks, a brilliant cookery demonstration, and also the opportunity to create exclusive festive gifts with the lovely people at Lush Cosmetics.

The huge range of cruelty-free items on offer at the Fayre, ensures visitors can do all their shopping in one place – from vegan beers, dairy-free cheeses, chocolate and cake heaven, to animal-friendly clothing, cruelty-free toiletries, artwork and so much more. And they can support the vital work of campaign groups and sanctuaries helping captive and wild animals in the UK or abroad.

Animal Aid is delighted to welcome award-winning comedian Dave Chawner to the Fayre’s events theatre with his show ‘C’est La Vegan’. Also taking place in the theatre is a tempting cookery demonstration, as well as inspirational talks by Derek Sarno – Director of plant-based innovation at Tesco – and TV presenter Wendy Turner-Webster.

Throughout the day there will be prize-draws with sumptuous hampers donated by celebrity supporters and ethical companies! For families there are children’s workshops and a crèche. Four cafés will offer visitors a gorgeous selection of vegan food and new this year is the Coffee & Cheese café.

Animal Aid Director, Isobel Hutchinson said:
