With the badger cull now escalating across Britain, those on the front line trying to protect badgers need our help now more than ever
The cull has recently been expanded to 10 new areas around England, and 42,000 badgers are due to be shot. Activists are taking direct action against the cull and trying to save badgers from this horrible fate. This, of course, is no easy task. Despite this, many people bravely risk their personal safety to go out and try and save as many badgers as they can.
While we continue to campaign against the cull alongside many other groups, taking action on the ground directly saves badgers who are at immediate risk.
One of the biggest things you can do to help badgers and cows is to stop financially supporting the diary industry, which continue to push this cull. Giving up dairy is now easier than ever, with alternatives to dairy widely available in most supermarkets, and widespread vegan options in restaurants.
However, if you can, please support local groups helping badgers, either by volunteering to help or through the form of material or financial donations. You can find a list of local groups using the links below.
If you would like to order leaflets to distribute against the badger cull, please email us.
