Some people think being vegan whilst sticking to a student budget is difficult, but that needn’t be the case!
If you are starting university this year and you are already vegan, or want to be vegan, you may have some concerns about how you can eat a plant-based diet healthily and cheaply. One thing people seem to forget is that the cheapest foods available in shops are usually vegan by default: beans, pasta, rice, vegetables, fruits, oats and things of that nature.
Knowing what to buy to make quick, easy and nutritious meals on a budget will be a lifesaver to any vegan student.
Planning your meals in advance will help you stick to a budget and buy products that you need.
