Sunday 4 December 2016 from 10am to 5pm at Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX
Admission £2. We regret that no animals, except assistance dogs, are allowed in the Town Hall.
Never been before? Do come! The Christmas Fayre is a festive cornucopia of cruelty-free living, to enrich your mind and body. Enjoy the uplifting atmosphere and an inspiring array of animal-friendly goods from ethical companies, charities and campaign groups.
To tempt your taste buds we have chocolates of all kinds, delicate cupcakes and Christmas cakes, puddings for the big day. Sample the huge selection of vegan beers, cheeses, confectionary and delicious savoury pies on offer.
If gift buying, this year the Fayre has a wonderful variety of animal free and eco-conscious clothing, shoes and belts, handmade or hemp fashion items. Indulge in the diverse selection of skincare products – perfect presents. And so much more on offer, from aromatherapy to wildlife art.
Supporting the vital work of animal charities and campaign groups is at the heart of the Fayre – whether you wish to help those working for captive animals, marine life, primates and badgers, learn about vegan diet & lifestyle organisations or purchase Christmas cards from rescue centres looking after animals in the UK and abroad.
An exciting programme takes place throughout the day in the Small Hall upstairs: talks from Dominic Dyer, CEO of the Badger Trust, our director Isobel Hutchinson, and finally, Mark Gold will speak about our plans for our 40th anniversary next year. There will also be cookery demonstrations from the lovely Melissa the Ms Cupcake, and from vegan chef Day Radley. The day ends with the ever-popular vegan push-up competition! See the programme for full details.
For families we have a crèche and children’s workshop.
To shop, learn, campaign, enjoy lunch or a snack in our vegan cafés or juice bar, the Fayre is the perfect place to meet friends and do all your Christmas shopping with a clear conscience.
Easy to access by public transport, the Animal Aid Christmas Fayre is held at Kensington Town Hall, London W8 (opposite High Street Kensington Tube Station).
