Animal Aid is proud to announce that our online shop has come third in an Ethical Consumer (EC) survey of 25 leading online ethical retailers, based on the sites most used by EC’s readers and web visitors. We were also nominated as ‘Best Buy’.
Factors taken into consideration included environmental reporting, climate change, pollution, animal testing, factory farming, animal rights, human rights, workers’ rights, political activity, company ethos, anti-social finance, and sustainability. We have been rated much higher than any other animal group and also some very prominent charities and organisations, including Amnesty, Oxfam, Traidcraft and WWF. Only Global Seesaw and New Internationalist were placed higher than Animal Aid.
You can be certain that all our products are vegan, with no animal testing or animal-derived ingredients, and we endeavour to source items from suppliers with the highest ethical values. Every purchase you make from our shop supports our vital campaigning against all forms of animal abuse and suffering.
