Animal Aid’s Christmas Festival 2019

We are delighted to announce that Chris Packham, TV naturalist and campaigner, will be joining us to talk about his journey to veganism, and campaigning for animals, wildlife and the environment.

Chris’s talk will be taking place at 11am, but space will be strictly limited, and places allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Following Chris we have an inspiring line-up of guests:

• Special screening of the BAFTA-winning film, 73 Cows plus Q&A afterwards with Jay & Katja Wilde and film Producer Alex Lockwood
• Cookery demonstration by the vegan food blogger, Aaron Calder
• Talk by Jane Dalton, journalist at the Independent who specialises in animal welfare and conservation
• Stand-Up for Veganism, with award-winning comedian Carl Donnelly. (Suitable for over-16 years old.)

Animal Aid’s Christmas Festival is like no other!

Come along for our 27th fair, there will be a huge range of cruelty-free items on offer at the Festival, means that you can do all your shopping in one place – from vegan beers, dairy-free cheeses, chocolate and cake heaven, to animal-friendly footwear, clothing, cruelty-free toiletries, jewellery, artwork and so much more. Alongside the ethical companies, you can discover and support the vital work of many campaign groups and sanctuaries helping animals in the UK and abroad – apes, badgers, chickens, dogs, elephants, foxes…

(Please note that no animals, except assistance dogs, are allowed in the Town Hall. This is Kensington Town Hall’s policy.)
