Go Dairy-Free this World Milk Day!

The dairy industry often uses World Milk Day as a way of pushing its cruel and environmentally damaging products; instead opt for plant-based alternatives that do not result in horrendous animal suffering and that are better for the planet.

There are so many plant-based alternatives to dairy products available these days. Here are some of our favourites:

Dairy-free Nutrition

There is no nutrient contained in any animal product, including dairy, that cannot be obtained from vegan sources. Every major dietetic and nutrition organisation says that a well-planned vegan diet will provide all of the nutrients one needs to live a healthy and happy life.
