Today – 1st November – marks World Vegan Day and the start of World Vegan Month. Here’s why you should try vegan!
Animals used to produce meat, milk, eggs and other products suffer horrendously during their short lives – including those considered ‘high welfare’. Animal Aid has documented shocking suffering on British farms and inside British slaughterhouses. By going vegan, you won’t be financially supporting these horrific practices.

Being vegan doesn’t mean you have to splash out on fancy meat replacements (although they are delicious!).
