Quick Tomato Sauce
- Chop an onion, and fry gently with a clove of crushed garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes, add a tin of tomatoes, a few mixed herbs and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add some salt and pepper and a splash of soy sauce.
- Chop the tomatoes up a little with a knife, or for a smoother finish pop in a liquidiser for 30 seconds.
